When you’re busy being the ‘Hostess with the Mostess’ save some time and pre make these fruity summer drinks, so when your guests arrive they can help themselves using these fun drinks dispensers and drinks jars.
Fill with lots of ice to keep your drinks nice and cool and then you can keep them outside within easy access – with their screw lids they will keep any inquisitive bugs well and truly out!

Now, how about filling your drinks dispenser and jars with one of our yummy summer drinks recipes:
Kiwi and Lychee Summer Breeze
5 kiwi fruits – skin removed & sliced
2 tbsp honey
100ml lychee syrup
100ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice
Soda water
3 sliced kiwis – skin left on
2 lemons – cut into wedges
In a small bowl, add the skinless kiwi slices and press several times with a cocktail muddler to mash them up; use a pestle & mortar if you don’t have a cocktail muddler
Add the honey, lychee syrup, lime juice and a little water
Add some ice and stir vigorously
Add soda water to lychee and lime mixture pour into drinks dispenser adding more soda water to taste
Add the skin-on kiwi slices and lemon wedges into the drinks dispenser
Blackberry Mojito
Large handful of blackberries
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp sugar
100ml light rum
Crushed ice
Soda water
In a small bowl crush half of the blackberries
Place mint leaves in bottom of each drinks jar
Divide and spoon blackberry mixture on top of mint leaves
Add rum, sugar, and lime juice and stir to combine & top with crushed ice
Add soda water and garnish with mint leaves and more blackberries
Pink Lemonade
300g caster sugar
1½ lemons sliced
1 orange sliced
500g raspberries
Ice and fresh mint to serve
Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and pour over 350ml of cold water
Bring to the boil, stirring regularly, then leave to cool
Once cooled, pour the mixture through a sieve, pressing down with a spoon to extract all the juices
The syrup can now be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week
To serve, pour a little into a drinks jar and top up with sparkling or still water, ice and mint.

Blueberry Milkshake
100g blueberries
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
200ml milk
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Simply mix altogether in a blender and enjoy!

8 chocolate chip cookies
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
200ml milk
Handful of chocolate chips
Simply mix altogether in a blender and enjoy!
